First, the overview: super audio, that is, the frequency is slightly higher than the sound waveform frequency; it is higher than the traditional intermediate frequency ( 10KHZ ), lower than the traditional high frequency ( 100KHZ ); our company's super audio frequency band is set at 15-35KHZ .

Therefore, the hardened layer is shallower than the intermediate frequency, and deeper than the high frequency of the electron tube; it fills in the process blank that sometimes the frequency quenching of some parts is deep and the high frequency quenching is too shallow. It is very suitable for quenching small and medium-sized workpieces. The hardened layer of the workpiece is suitable for about 1-2.5mm .

5. What is the difference between super-audio induction heating equipment and medium-frequency induction heating equipment?

Super-audio induction heating equipment: It has a hardened depth of 0.5 to 2 mm (mm). It is mainly used for small and medium-sized parts that require thin hardened layers, such as small modulus gears and small and medium-sized shafts.

Medium frequency induction heating equipment :

The effective hardening depth is 2 to 10 mm (mm), which is mainly used for parts requiring deep hardened layers, such as medium modulus gears, large modulus gears, and larger diameter shafts.

Six, super audio induction heating equipment use precautions

1 To prevent electric shock, please ensure that the chassis electrical specifications are reliably grounded.

2 Disassembly and installation of the sensor must be carried out after the heating is stopped.

3 Strictly implement the principle of energizing the water first, and the water shortage is strictly prohibited during the work process. The water quality and pressure of the cooling water inside the equipment and the sensor must meet the requirements of Table 2. In order to avoid blocking the cooling pipe, if the water supply is supplied by a water pump, please install the filter at the water inlet of the pump. The cooling water temperature should not exceed 45 °C, and the water flow rate is 10T/h (reduced softening water is recommended)

4 Equipment should avoid sun exposure, rain, moisture, dust, etc. When maintenance or maintenance equipment is required, it must be done after one hour of power failure.

5 In- flight cleaning method is blown off with compressed air or fan every week. The board is cleaned with a brush and then blown clean.

6 Ordinary users should use a special descaling agent (available by our company) to clean the machine water circuit every 4 months. When the machine frequently alarms the water temperature, or observes that the water flow of the nozzle is significantly reduced, it should be cleaned immediately.

7 The sensor should be kept clean to prevent short circuit between turns.

8 This device cannot use a single-turn sensor. Failure to do so may result in equipment damage due to excessive resistance. In special cases, please consult the factory.

9 When replacing the sensor, the sensor connection plate and the transformer contact surface should be sanded and cleaned to maintain good conductivity.

Seven, super audio induction heating equipment cooling water configuration method

The inside of the high-frequency heating equipment and the sensor must be cooled by water and the water is cleaned to avoid blocking the cooling duct. If the water supply is pumped with water, please install a filter at the water inlet of the pump. The temperature of the cooling water should not be higher than 45C. Otherwise, the equipment will alarm or even be overheated. Specific requirements must be prepared according to the table.
