Medium frequency induction brazing equipment technical requirements
1. Welding workpiece:
1.1 rotor end ring and guide bar.
1.2 Material: copper T2, brass H62, carbon steel, stainless steel 1Cr13,
1.3 solder: HL205, HL204, HL303.
1.4 The outer diameter of the rotor end ring ranges from φ396mm to φ1262mm and the thickness is 22mm-80mm.
1.5 rotor weight: less than 10 tons (with shaft)
2. Technical requirements for medium frequency induction brazing (power supply) equipment
2.1. IGBT intermediate frequency power supply
2.2. 20 intermediate frequency welding sensors
2.3 set of infrared temperature detection and control system
2.4 IF power supply 350 KW (adjustable)
2.5 Power input voltage AC voltage 380±10%, frequency 50±2HZ. Three phase
2.6 The system runs stably and reliably, and has simple operation. It has short circuit, over current, over voltage, phase loss, water pressure, water temperature, water shortage protection and open circuit protection (including open circuit and open contact caused by poor contact).
2.7 Ambient temperature 5 ~ 40 °C.
2.8. The power output power does not change with the relative size of the induction coil and the workpiece.
2.9. Output power adjustment range, 10-100%, frequency range around 10KH
2.10. The output power indicator does not decrease with frequency, and the frequency automatically matches.
2.11. Ability to shield electromagnetic interference generated by arc welding machine
3. Technical requirements for medium frequency induction brazing (machine tool) equipment
3.1. The machine can be placed up to one rotor with a diameter of 1262mm or less. The shaft is up to 4.5 meters long and weighs less than 10 tons.
3.2 The motor rotor can be welded with or without shaft welding.
3.2 The machine tool is easy to operate and can replace sensors of different diameters.
3.4. The workpiece end ring should be welded as a whole under ф800mm, and the fan should be welded above ф800mm.
3.5 The workpiece can be freely rotated inside the machine tool, and the height of the sensor can be adjusted freely.
3.5. The workpiece is easy to load and unload, safe and reliable.
4. Welding temperature measurement and control system:
4.1. The system shall have an infrared temperature measurement control system to perform contactless measurement on the workpiece and adjust the output power of the intermediate frequency power supply through the adjustment control system of the intermediate frequency power supply to achieve a constant value of the temperature on the workpiece to be welded, and to weld the workpiece. The temperature control accuracy should be about ±2%.
5. Cooling system
5.1. The area of the welding equipment should not be too large
5.2. Cooling method is water cooling, providing water cooling circulation system and matching water cooler
