Induction heating furnace selection method

The induction furnace is optimized according to the user's proposed process parameters using special computer software to ensure the best electromagnetic coupling efficiency under the same capacity. The entire inductor is constructed with a prefabricated assembly for easy maintenance and consumable replacement. The furnace lining is the first in China, with an advanced level of knotted furnace lining, and its refractoriness is ≥1750 °C. The coil is made of high-quality large-section rectangular copper tube. The tube is cooled by water. The surface insulation treatment of the copper tube is electrostatically sprayed to achieve Class H insulation. To protect the insulation strength, the surface of the coil is coated with moisture-proof insulating enamel. Fixed a whole. The induction coil is fixed by a series of bolts and insulating stays welded to its outer circumference. After the coil is fixed, the pitch error of the coil is not more than 0.5 mm. After the entire inductor is finished, it becomes a rectangular parallelepiped with good shock resistance and good integrity.

There are water-cooled furnace mouth copper plates at both ends of the induction furnace body. The furnace is provided with a water-cooled guide rail of heat-resistant stainless steel pipe, and the surface layer is coated with a special coating resistant to high temperature and wear. The stainless steel quick-change joint is used for the inlet and outlet of the furnace body, which can facilitate the replacement and maintenance of the furnace body.

The water connection is a quick connector. For reliable electrical connection and quick replacement, 4 large stainless steel bolts are used. Simply replace the bolt and open the water fitting locking device when replacing.

Water quick change joint: In order to change the convenience of the furnace body, a quick change joint is adopted in the pipeline joint design.

    Its material is made of stainless steel grade 316. Mainly composed of threaded interface parts, hose interface parts, fastening wrenches, sealing washers, etc. The biggest feature of this quick-change joint is that the threaded interface parts and the hose interface parts can be matched with each other, and the fastening of the wrench is convenient and the sealing performance is good.

6.3 refractory clay

   The coil cement is made of refractory clay for the United States coal ore smelting furnace coil, which has the characteristics of good strength, high temperature resistance and good insulation. In addition to effectively ensuring the insulation between the turns of the coil, it also plays a significant role in the insulation of the furnace body, especially for the heating of large workpieces.
