First, product use

The medium frequency induction heating furnace is an electric heating device that generates an induced current inside the workpiece in an alternating electromagnetic field according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, thereby heating the workpiece, and the device is suitable for heating of steel, cast iron and alloys thereof.

2. Basic requirements

2.1. The technical conditions of this product comply with the relevant provisions of GB10067.1-88 and GB10067.3-88 .

2.2. This product should work under the following conditions:

Altitude: < 1000 meters;

Ambient temperature: 5 ~ 40 °C;

Monthly average maximum relative humidity ≤ 90 %;

There are no conductive dust, explosive gases and corrosive gases that can seriously damage metal and insulating materials around the equipment;

No obvious vibration;

Water quality:

Hardness: CaO < 10mg equivalent;

Acidity and alkalinity: Ph=7 ~ 8.5 ;

Suspension solids < 10mg / L ;

Water resistance > 2.5K Ω;

Containing iron < 2mg .

Third, the structure , work process brief

The equipment consists of a bracket, a translation, a lifting device , a furnace body and an intermediate frequency power supply cabinet, a capacitor cabinet, a water-cooled cable, and a control button box.

Brief description of the use process :

1. Select the required supporting brick according to the heating workpiece ( see Table 1 ) , and place the supporting brick and the workpiece on the lifting platform, and shift to stop the workpiece in place.

  2. Step 2 : Select the sensor that is compatible with the workpiece ( see Table 2 ) . The lifting table works at the same center with the sensor and the heated workpiece, and the surrounding gap is equal.

  3. After the lifting system is in place, it will stop automatically and start the intermediate frequency power supply to heat. When the temperature reaches the temperature, it will automatically or manually descend, translate and complete the heating.

4 , instructions:

Taking into account the magnetic field radiation, plus the height of the supporting brick and the height of the workpiece, the lifting screw is long, which is based on the center of the translation mechanism. The opening dimensions of the two sides are 2100mm long , 50mm wide and 150 deep . See the picture below for details:
