Characteristics of Water-cooled Cables for High Quality Intermediate Frequency Boilers

The joint of the water-cooled cable of the intermediate frequency furnace is pressed with the copper stranded wire by cold press molding process. The connection is firm, the contact resistance is small, and the copper stranded wire is not damaged. Its single joint and copper wire can bear more than 8t of pulling force.

In order to reduce the loss of water-cooled cable, the cable adopts the form of side lead. The water-cooled cable is led out from the side of the electric furnace to minimize its length.

The connector of the water-cooled cable of the intermediate frequency furnace can be easily disassembled by adopting a detachable structure. The inside is connected with the copper stranded wire by welding. The connection is firm and the contact resistance is small. The outer sleeve of the water-cooled cable adopts a cloth-sandwiched rubber tube. The hose is not easy to burn and has good strength. It can withstand 0.45Mpa water pressure without leakage or rupture. The rubber tube will age after long-term use, so it needs to be replaced. The detachable structure does not need to destroy the copper stranded wire inside, and can conveniently replace the outside only by disassembling the bolt on the joint, and the inside of the joint adopts inclined conical surface sealing and conducting electricity. When the joint bolt is tightened, it will naturally conduct electricity and seal.
