1 ton medium frequency induction furnace

     According to our company's design, two sets of KGPS intermediate frequency power supply or 12- pulse intermediate frequency power supply with 1 ton medium frequency induction heating furnace are used for cast steel melting.

 

First, the equipment introduction:

    1. The medium frequency induction furnace saves energy during work, saves water, has small floor space, light weight, safe use, convenient construction and wide application range.

    2 , using three-phase full-bridge rectification, DC superposition method, improve the output voltage, reduce the higher harmonics, less interference to the power grid, while the transformer heat is small, low loss and so on.

   3. It has the characteristics of fast melting speed and high production efficiency.

    4 , the medium frequency induction furnace limited pressure, current limit, over voltage, over current, phase loss, under voltage, control loop under voltage, under water pressure, cooling water temperature over limit alarm protection (optional) and other protection functions, safety reliable.

  5. The inverter circuit of the intermediate frequency induction furnace adopts parallel resonance, the control circuit is fully integrated, and the intermediate frequency power supply adopts zero voltage soft start. The power can be adjusted infinitely, the panel mechanism is simple, the internal intelligent control, the operation is convenient, the performance is stable and reliable, the failure rate is low, and the maintenance is convenient, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost.  

 

Second, heating characteristics:

     1. Less oxidation loss, can achieve non-oxidative smelting and reduce melting loss;

     2 , the intermediate frequency furnace smelting process is stable, and the casting has high mechanical strength;

     3 , the iron liquid itself has electromagnetic stirring effect, the metal composition is uniform, can smelt various processing chips and fine scraps, reduce the cost;

     4. Reduce environmental pollution and generate less smoke during smelting;

     5 , the power density is large, the intermediate frequency voltage is high, the melting speed is fast, and the melting is convenient;

     6 , the power can be adjusted infinitely, the operation is flexible and convenient, and the frequency can be selected;

     7. Elimination of the construction of the pool, reducing the cost of civil works and reducing the area of land use;

     8. Exquisite coil design, high-quality thick-walled copper tube, and coil have protective layer. By reasonably selecting the distance between turns of the induction coil, the conversion efficiency of the induction coil is the highest, the resistance is the smallest, and more energy can be used for melting and heating. The strength is high, and the coil is less prone to damage due to arcing and expansion forces.

Remarks:

     1 ) DC superposition is used, the lower input voltage can output higher intermediate frequency voltage, 6- phase 12- pulse intermediate frequency power supply, eliminating 5 and 7 higher harmonics, greatly reducing harmonic interference of the power grid.

     2 ) The accessories used in equipment manufacturing are produced by the best domestic manufacturers, with reliable quality and best price.

     3 ) The use of a fully enclosed cooling tower reduces the workload caused by water scales, reduces the failure rate caused by heat, improves the cooling effect of the system and the service life of the equipment, and does not require the construction of a pool.

 

Fourth, medium frequency induction furnace water cooling equipment: (optional)

     The water tank can be built at the production site, and the water can be circulated by the water pump to cool the equipment. A complete set of combined cooling equipment can also be used. The furnace body and the power supply are respectively provided with two independent (also one set) fully enclosed cooling devices. The purpose of using two sets of cooling devices independent of each other is to avoid mutual influence. There is a water collecting tray under the cooling tower, and the spraying water is installed inside. The water inlet of the water collecting tray is equipped with a floating ball valve, which can automatically control the water level in the water collecting tray, and the water outlet has a spray water pump.

     Because the intermediate frequency power supply requires low temperature cooling water, the outlet water temperature should be controlled within 55 ° C. Because the cooling water temperature of the induction coil of the electric furnace is slightly higher, the thermal efficiency of the electric furnace can be improved, and the volume of the cooling device can be reduced, thereby reducing the cost. At the heart of the fully enclosed cooling unit is a spray-evaporated enclosed cooling tower. There are many heat-dissipating coils inside the cooling tower, and circulating water flows inside the coils without coming into contact with the air. The upper part of the cooling tower is equipped with a water spout and a cooling fan.

During operation, the spray pump will pump the water to the upper spout, spray the water onto the outer surface of the coil, and the cooling fan will simultaneously draw air to vaporize the spray water and take away the heat of the circulating water in the coil. This advanced type of cooling unit has a high heat exchange efficiency. The FSS-200 closed-loop cooling tower is recommended to save a lot of production site space.
