    一、项目内容:

    Ф219—Ф1219钢质弯头双层环氧粉末喷涂防腐生产线

    二、设计依据:

     弯头直径:     Ф219—Ф1219

         曲率半径:      4~6D

    工艺速度:      300㎜/min—1000㎜/min

        三、输送辊道

      根据工艺要求,我公司Ф219—Ф1219弯头双层环氧粉末喷涂防腐生产线设计为,以单辊挂胶轮为动力单元的输送辊道,这种方式可以不用底部环轨,输送辊道呈扇形排列。各滚道的间距及与输送方向的角度均可调整,用户在使用过程中根据管径的大小可以任意安装和改变输送辊道的直径来适应弯头。辊轮外壁包裹有橡胶,使工件行走平稳,不伤害环氧粉末涂层。

        本输送辊道可通过变频器实现无级调速。各滚道的动力通过轴装减速机产生,可根据动力需要来布置不同数量的减速机。滚道运转平稳、噪音低等优点。

    四、除锈机:

      本机专用于钢管弯头外壁的抛丸清理,以去除其表面的氧化皮并增加表面积,增大涂敷粘着力。

    五、中频电源加热:

    此生产线配置1000KW中频加热设备。此设备控制部分采用专门设计的控制线路,具有过压、过流、 限压/限流、缺相、欠压、欠水压等保护。

      控制线路专设集成箱与高压区全隔离,保持控制室清洁,大大提高控制线路板寿命和系统可靠性。优选国内知名厂家大功率变流器件。电器元件采用德力西品牌。

    因此具有100%的设计安全系数,增加整个系统可靠性。采用宽大的空气冷却铜排,与水冷铜排相比,更多的能量用于加热,效率增加,不需要维修。

    电源起动采用零电压起动,无冲击,在空载、重载等状态时均能可靠起动, 稳定可靠,无故障时间长,方便检修。

    配备一套纯净水冷却交换装置,冷却效果好,使各管路不 容易 发生堵塞,降低了中频电源的故障率,提高设备的使用寿命。

    六、喷粉系统:

    以上装置每套含自动喷枪8支,喷枪为内置高压,控制柜控制8支自动喷枪的电压、电流及气路系统。并控制8支文丘里供粉泵供粉系统。

    以上装置每套含流化床供粉系统1套,流化床外形尺寸:(L×W×H)800×775×570(mm)含8支文丘里供粉泵。

     

    空压机及水喷淋系统

    本生产线配备一台6立方螺杆式空压机,一台6立方空气干燥机,1.0立方储气罐一台供喷粉设备用(配备3个过滤器)。水喷淋系统采用开放式,方便辊道的调整。

    5, medium frequency power supply heating:

    This production line is equipped with a 10 00 KW intermediate frequency heating device. This equipment control part uses specially designed control lines with overvoltage, overcurrent, Pressure limiting / current limiting, phase loss, under voltage, under water pressure and other protection.

      The control line dedicated integrated box is completely isolated from the high pressure area, keeping the control room clean , greatly improving the life of the control circuit board and system reliability. It is preferred to have high-power converter devices from well-known domestic manufacturers. The electrical components are based on the Delixi brand.

    Therefore, it has a design safety factor of 100%, which increases the reliability of the entire system. With a large air-cooled copper row, more energy is used for heating than the water-cooled copper row, which increases efficiency and requires no maintenance.

    The power supply starts with zero voltage and has no impact. It can be reliably started in the state of no-load, heavy load, etc. It is stable and reliable, has no long fault time and is convenient for maintenance.

    Equipped with a set of pure water cooling exchange device, the cooling effect is good, so that the pipelines are not easily Blockage occurs, reducing the failure rate of the intermediate frequency power supply and improving the service life of the equipment.

    6, dusting system:

    7, air compressor and water sprinkler system :

    The production line is equipped with a 6- cubic screw air compressor, a 6- cubic air dryer, and a 1.0- cubic gas storage tank for powder spraying equipment (with 3 filters) . The water sprinkler system is open and easy to adjust the roller table.
