1T induction melting furnace transformer selection method

The electrical part of 1T induction melting furnace  includes: power rectifier transformer (optional), intermediate frequency power cabinet, compensation capacitor bank.

1. Power rectifier transformer selection method :

The power rectifier transformer is used to reduce the 1OKV high voltage of the power grid to a voltage suitable for the intermediate frequency power supply. The IF equipment uses a dedicated rectifier transformer, and the oil is immersed in the self-cooling mode.

2. Parameters of the rectifier transformer:

Note: There should be no load regulating switch on the high voltage side of the transformer, and the voltage is adjusted in the third gear of -5%, 0, +5%.
